What makes Scott Pickett Events unique is the choice we offer with our event menus. Offering dishes from across our restaurant portfolio means you have the cuisine for any occasion, whether it be Thai-style canapés from Longrain, a sit-down four course modern Australian feast from Matilda, a shared style European bistro experience from Chancery Lane or a selection of Scott’s Greatest Hits if a bit of everything tickles your fancy.
We tailor each menu to your event specifically, so these dishes are purely a starting point. Our events team are here to help when it comes to selecting the ideal menu and any dietary requirements or add-ons for your event.
With food always at the core of what we do, we take pride in offering menus that elevate an event. We focus on seasonality and locality, sourcing fresh ingredients that can be hard to find, but make your event stand out. We are bold in our events, and bold in our flavours, combining premium local produce with signature Scott Pickett innovation and flair. Our experienced chefs are the same chefs that produce the food we’re recognised for in our restaurants.

In November 2022, Scott Pickett Events presented an exclusive Champagne Pommery dinner in Sydney. The bespoke menu was a showcase of premium seasonal ingredients, complementing Champagne Pommery's premier 'Cuvee Louise'.

When it comes to beverages for your event, we have a number of options to suit any format. With a portfolio of wine and cocktail lists across our restaurant group and strong relationships with top suppliers in Australia, your beverage needs are in good hands with us.
Beverage packages are available for unlimited free-flowing drinks for a designated time, from two to five hours. Our events team will work with you and our bar managers and sommeliers to curate the perfect list for your guests. Our Classic and Premium Beverage Packages are priced per person, with upgrades available for an extra-special events that call for free-flowing Champagne or something a little rare!
We also offer beverages on consumption for groups of any size. The specific beverages can be selected three weeks prior to your event.
When an event calls for something a little extra, perhaps a pop-up cocktail bar, or bespoke whisky den, you're speaking our language! We're here to create bold experiences, so talk to our event managers about how you can really wow your guests.
